Good Lord this thing needed updating.
It's been approximately 6 years since I was last properly active on Deviant Art, but today I got a second wave of inspiration for the community. I'm glad to see it's still as active as it is!
It has been a long and bumpy road so far in my photography career. Since I was last active in 2009, here's a little update timeline:
2010 Finished 2 year Photography program at Fanshawe College
2011 Moved to Vancouver for 3 months, loved the place but couldn't afford to live there
2012 Moved back to Stratford where I worked in a Factory for a couple years and met the love of my life Kimberly Eggleston!
2014 Moved to Toronto with Kim where I reside currently
2015 Left my part time job and have been working Freelance full time ever since
2016 Returned to DeviantArt (Wutwut!?)
It was actually an old favorite that brought me back to DA. I'm working on a fantasy pinup and felt inspired by a memory I had of an image by Wen_M. It got me looking through all the new Deviations I've missed, and now I'm jacked up on inspiration, and ready to roll. Expect a ton of 'new to DA' work in the near future!
If you read this, let me know what keeps you here on DA, in a world with what seems like hundreds of websites to feature art on.

I just decided I want to be a professional photo retouching expert. I want to retouch photos for a living. Now I just need to find someone who wants to pay me to do it for them.
Messing around with photo manipulations has been a passion of mine for years. If I get bored and don't have anything to do, I practice photo manips and retouches, that's just how it goes. Look back in my gallery for proof, way back. It all started about 5 years ago when I was introduced to photo manipulations in Macromedia Fireworks. I mainly just used cut, paste, erase, and smudge for all my works, and I stuck with that for a while. I stuck with it long enoug
